MISSION
 Carolina Preserve (CP) residents assisting CP neighbors to live an independent lifestyle for as long as possible.




We are NOT Super Heroes. However, we ARE dedicated Carolina Preserve (CP) volunteers on a mission to help our CP neighbors live an independent lifestyle for as long as possible. 

Goals

  • Offer choice of where and how we choose to live
  • Help our neighbors maintain their quality of life
  • Provide peace of mind that assistance is there when needed
  • Enable all CP residents to successfully navigate the transitions, and, at times, challenges of aging

  • Community - creating a place where residents can feel supported
  • Volunteerism - helping neighbors to live independently in their homes
  • Safety - following policies and procedures while serving our residents

  • Evaluating - reviewing policies, procedures and services to match the needs of our residents and our corporation

  • Sustainability - managing our corporation with fiscal discipline and responsibility

In Need of Services?
If you live in Carolina Preserve, you are eligible to receive our services simply by joining TIP. If you haven't joined TIP to become a TIP Villager, consider joining. There is no joining fee and there is never a charge for services. Please visit our Benefits page to learn about the many ways you can receive the help you need.
Volunteer
If you live in Carolina Preserve and would like to volunteer, go to our Volunteer Opportunities page to learn how you can help, There are many ways you can assist us. 
Donate
Please consider donating to TIP. Thriving in Place is a 501 (c) (3) charitable corporation run entirely by volunteers. Although, we never charge for services provided, we do depend on the generosity of our CP community. All donations are greatly appreciated. Go to our Donate page to learn more.

TIP is not affiliated with and is independent of the 
Carolina Preserve by Del Webb at Amberly 
Homeowners Association.
